Hellinger that seeks to understand and resolve family conflicts by representing family dynamics in a physical or symbolic space. This technique allows participants to visualize the relationships and patterns that influence their lives, bringing to light unresolved emotional well-being issues. Through constellations, it is possible to identify and reframe traumas, behavioral patterns, and family ties that often operate unconsciously, impacting the lives of individuals.
In psychoanalysis, family constellations can be used as a complementary tool to deepen the understanding of family dynamics that influence patients’ behavior and emotions. By integrating this approach, the psychoanalyst can help the patient explore their family relationships more visually and interactively, promoting insights into how these relationships shape their identity and experiences. This combination can enrich the therapeutic process, allowing the patient to work on family issues in a more comprehensive and integrated way, facilitating healing and self-knowledge.
When a person participates in a family constellation, it is not only the family members directly involved who feel the impact but also those who are not integrated into the family system. This happens because we are all interconnected by morphogenetic fields. Thus, when addressing and integrating an issue, a sequential reaction is triggered that affects all members of the system.
In online constellations, we use representations that act in a delimited field, such as a sheet of paper, for example. As this field is multidimensional, the technique proves to be effective and functional in online consultations. Come and learn about this approach by scheduling your session at.
